About Kaiti

Hi there, I’m Kaiti (she/her), a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Board-Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC), and EMDR-trained therapist. I’m an online art therapist in Pennsylvania and Florida, and I’m currently accepting new clients. Whether you’re a teen navigating anxiety, an adult carrying grief, or someone who has tried talk therapy before and felt like something was missing, I’m here to help you find a path that actually fits.

Therapy isn’t about fixing you, because you’re not broken. It’s about walking alongside you as you figure things out, uncovering your strengths, and growing in a way that feels real to you.

About Kaiti

I work as an online art therapist in Pennsylvania and Florida, offering virtual sessions across both states and in-person sessions in Berwyn, PA. My background includes community mental health, inpatient facilities, hospice and bereavement care, and school settings. Each of those experiences deepened my belief in the resilience of the human spirit and shaped the way I show up for clients today.

I specialize in working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. Whether you’re a teen struggling to find your footing, or an adult working through something that has been weighing on you for years, I meet you where you are with curiosity and care. My background spans trauma-informed care, grief and bereavement, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

In our work together, I draw from EMDR therapy, Art Therapy, and trauma-informed talk therapy tailored to your needs. You don’t have to be an artist to benefit from art therapy. You just have to be open to the process. Sometimes words aren’t enough, and creativity opens doors that talking alone can’t reach. If you’re interested in EMDR specifically, you can learn more on my online EMDR therapy in Pennsylvania page.

I also ship art therapy kits directly to my virtual clients, so you have everything you need to engage with the creative process from your own home. No supply runs required.

Sessions are $165 and I am out-of-network only. I provide superbills for potential insurance reimbursement. Evening and weekend appointments are available to fit your schedule.

What a Session with Me Looks Like

The first session is really about getting to know each other. I’ll ask about what brought you in, what you’ve tried before, and what you’re hoping for. There’s no pressure to dive into anything heavy right away. We’ll figure out together what kind of support makes the most sense for you.

Ongoing sessions vary depending on what you need that day. Some days we’ll talk through what’s come up since we last met. Other times we might use an EMDR protocol to work through something specific, or I might invite you to engage with an art directive, using whatever materials you have at home or from the kit I send you. Creativity can unlock things that words sometimes can’t, and many clients are surprised by how natural it feels once we get going.

Virtual sessions happen over a secure video platform. You can join from anywhere in Pennsylvania or Florida, whether that’s your home office, your car, or your bedroom with the door closed. Comfort and privacy are all that matter.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is online art therapy and how does it work?

Online art therapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses creative expression to support healing and self-discovery. Sessions happen over secure video, and I work with you to choose art directives that fit your goals and comfort level. I ship an art kit directly to virtual clients so you have materials ready to go. You don’t need any art background. The process, not the product, is what matters.

Do I need to be artistic or have art supplies to do art therapy?

Not at all. Art therapy isn’t about making beautiful things. It’s about using creativity to access thoughts and feelings that are sometimes hard to put into words. I ship an art therapy kit to my virtual clients in Pennsylvania and Florida, so you’ll have everything you need. If you have a pen and paper, that’s honestly enough to get started.

Is online EMDR therapy as effective as in-person EMDR?

Research and clinical experience both support online EMDR as effective. We use a secure video platform and bilateral stimulation adapted for the screen. Many clients find that doing EMDR from their own home actually feels safer and more grounding than coming into an office, which can make the work go more smoothly.

What states are you licensed to practice in?

I’m licensed as an LPC in Pennsylvania (License #PC017083) and a registered telehealth provider in Florida. I can see clients virtually in both states. I also offer in-person sessions in Berwyn, PA for Pennsylvania residents who prefer to meet in person.

Are you currently accepting new clients?

Yes, I’m currently accepting new clients in both Pennsylvania and Florida. The best first step is to schedule a free 15-minute consultation so we can see if we’re a good fit. You can reach me at 610.639.4158 or through the contact page.

Do you offer evening and weekend appointments?

Yes. I know that life gets busy, and finding time for therapy during the 9-to-5 isn’t always realistic. I offer evening and weekend appointments to make it easier to fit sessions into your schedule. Reach out and we’ll find a time that works.

What ages do you work with?

I work with adolescents and adults. I have experience supporting teens through some of the most challenging years of their lives, as well as adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. If you’re unsure whether I’m the right fit for someone in your life, feel free to reach out and we can talk it through.

Do you accept insurance?

I am out-of-network only, which means I don’t bill insurance directly. My fee is $165 per session. I provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits. Many clients are surprised by how much their plan covers. I’m happy to answer questions about this during a free consultation.

How do I schedule a free 15-minute consultation?

The easiest way is to visit the contact page or call 610.639.4158. We’ll spend about 15 minutes talking about what you’re looking for and I’ll answer any questions you have. There’s no commitment and no pressure. I just want to make sure we’re a good fit before we start.

What makes your approach different?

A few things set my work apart. I’m one of a small number of therapists who is both a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Board-Certified Art Therapist, which means I can draw on a much wider range of tools than a talk therapist alone. I also ship art therapy kits to virtual clients, so the creative work doesn’t get left behind just because we’re online. And I bring 8+ years of clinical experience across settings that most therapists never work in, including hospice, inpatient care, and schools. I show up as a full person, not just a technique.
