Online Therapist in Florida
Bloom Therapy offers online therapy in Florida through Kaiti Snyder, LPC, ATR-BC. Kaiti is a registered telehealth provider in Florida, which means she can legally see Florida clients virtually through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. She is currently accepting new clients.
Whether you are in Miami, Orlando, Tampa, or anywhere else in Florida, you can access professional therapy from wherever you feel most comfortable. Kaiti brings a creative, trauma-informed approach that goes beyond traditional talk therapy, offering both art therapy and EMDR to Florida clients via telehealth.
Why work with an online therapist in Florida?
Florida has a serious therapist shortage in many areas, and scheduling in-person appointments often means long wait lists, long drives, or limited options for specialized care. Telehealth removes those barriers. You can connect with a licensed, specialized therapist from your home, office, or car, at a time that works for you.
Kaiti offers evening and weekend appointments to fit busy schedules. Sessions happen over secure video, and everything you need to get started arrives by mail before your first appointment.
What does Kaiti offer Florida clients?
Kaiti specializes in two evidence-based, non-traditional approaches to therapy that are well-suited to telehealth:
Art Therapy via Telehealth
Art therapy uses creative expression, including drawing, painting, collage, and mixed media, to support healing and self-discovery. You do not need to be artistic. You do not need to own art supplies. Kaiti ships an art therapy kit to your door anywhere in Florida before your first session, so everything you need arrives before you even log on.
Research supports art therapy as effective for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and a wide range of presenting concerns. It works alongside, or instead of, traditional talk therapy, depending on what you need.
EMDR Therapy via Telehealth
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a structured, evidence-based therapy for trauma and PTSD. It helps your brain reprocess distressing memories so they lose their emotional charge. Kaiti completed her EMDR training in 2025 and provides virtual EMDR sessions to Florida clients.
A note about credentials: Kaiti is EMDR trained, not yet EMDR Certified. EMDR Certified status requires additional supervised hours beyond initial training. She provides thorough, competent EMDR treatment and is always transparent about her credentials.
Who is online therapy in Florida for?
Kaiti works with adolescents (13 and older) and adults across Florida. People who work well with her tend to be dealing with:
- Anxiety and worry that feels hard to turn off
- Depression and low mood
- Trauma and PTSD
- Grief and loss, including anticipatory grief
- Life transitions such as career changes, relationship shifts, or moves
- Self-esteem and identity
- Adolescent issues including school stress, social anxiety, and family conflict
- Women’s wellness, including postpartum adjustment and burnout
You do not have to be in crisis to reach out. Many people come to therapy because they want to feel more like themselves, or because they are ready to stop white-knuckling through difficult feelings alone.
About your therapist
Kaiti Snyder is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, Pennsylvania license #PC017083) and Board-Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC, credential #23-415). She earned her Master of Arts in Art Therapy from Cedar Crest College in 2018 and has more than eight years of clinical experience. She is also EMDR trained (2025).
She is based in Berwyn, Pennsylvania, sees clients in person in the Philadelphia suburbs, and is a registered telehealth provider in Florida, meaning she can legally see Florida clients virtually. She is not licensed as an LMHC in Florida. If you have questions about what that means for your care, she is happy to discuss it with you before you schedule.
You can learn more about Kaiti on her bio page.
What to expect from telehealth sessions
Sessions are 50 minutes and take place over secure video. Before your first session, Kaiti will send you intake paperwork and, if you are doing art therapy, an art supply kit mailed to your Florida address. Sessions are flexible and responsive. Some days you might make art, some days you might talk, and some days you might do both. EMDR sessions follow a structured protocol, but Kaiti will never rush you into trauma processing before you feel ready.
Kaiti works at a steady, thoughtful pace. Her clients often describe her as warm, direct, and grounding.
Fees and insurance
Sessions are $165 per 50-minute session. Kaiti is out-of-network with all insurance plans. If you have a PPO or out-of-network plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. Kaiti provides superbills at your request, which you can submit directly to your insurance company.
Many clients find that telehealth with a specialized therapist is worth the investment, particularly when local options are limited or wait times are long.
